【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthemeasurementoffocalspotdimensionsabove0,1mmofX-raysystemsuptoandincluding500kVtubevoltagebymeansoftheslitcameraradiographicmethod.Thevoltageappliedforthismeasurementisrestrictedto200kV.TheimagequalityandtheresolutionofX-rayimagesdependhighlyonthecharacteristicsofthefocalspot,inparticularthesizeandthetwo-dimensionalintensitydistributionintheobjectplane.ForthecharacterizationofcommercialX-raytubetypes(i.e.foradvertisingortrade)thespecificmaximumvaluesofannexAshouldbepreferred.
