【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoallelectronicequipmentforcontrol,regulation,protection,supply,etc.installedonrailvehiclesandassociatedwith–eithertheaccumulatorbatteryofthevehicle;–oralow-voltagepowersupplysourcewithorwithoutadirectconnectiontothecontactsystem(transformer,potentiometerdevice,auxiliarysupply)withtheexceptionofelectronicpowercircuits,whichconformtoIEC61287-1.Thisstandardcoverstheconditionsofoperation,design,construction,andtestingofelectronicequipment,aswellasbasichardwareandsoftwarerequirementsconsiderednecessaryforcompetent,reliableequipment.Additionalrequirementsinotherstandardsorindividualspecificationsmaycomplementthisstandard,iftheyarejustified.Specificrequirementsrelatedtopracticesnecessarytoassuredefinedlevelsoffunctionalsafetyaretobedeterminedinaccordancewith4.6.3.1and4.6.3.2ofIEC62278anditsinformativeAnnexA.Softwaresafetyintegritylevelof1orhighershallonlybeconsideredwhenitisshownthataresidualsafetyriskremainsandthatithastobecarriedbythesoftwaredrivenprogrammableelectronicsystem.Insuchacase(i.e.softwaresafetyintegritylevel1orhigher),IEC62279isapplicable.Forthepurposesofthisstandard,electronicequipmentisdefinedasequipmentmainlycomposedofsemiconductordevicesandrecognizedassociatedcomponents.Thesecomponentswillmainlybemountedonprintedboards.NOTESensors(current,voltage,speed,etc.)andfiringunitprintedboardassembliesforpowerelectronicdevicesarecoveredbythisstandard.CompletefiringunitsarecoveredbyIEC61287-1.
