【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthequantitativedeterminationoftheignitioncharacteristicsofconventionaldieselfueloils,dieselfueloilscontainingcetanenumberimproveradditives,andisapplicabletoproductstypicalofSpecificationD975,GradesNo.1-Dand2-Dregularandlow-sulfurdieselfueloils,EuropeanstandardEN590,andCanadianstandardsCAN/CGSB-3.517-2000andCAN/CGSB3.6-2000.Thetestmethodmayalsobeappliedtothequantitativedeterminationoftheignitioncharacteristicsofblendsoffueloilscontainingbiodieselmaterial,anddieselfueloilblendingcomponents.1.2Thistestmethodmeasurestheignitiondelayandutilizesaconstantvolumecombustionchamberwithdirectfuelinjectionintoheated,compressedair.Anequationconvertsanignitiondelaydeterminationtoaderivedcetanenumber(DCN).1.3Thistestmethodcoverstheignitiondelayrangefrom2.90to4.35ms(60.0to40.0DCN).Thecombustionanalyzercanmeasureshorterandlongerignitiondelaysbutprecisionmaybeaffected.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsforthedeterminationofashfromrawrubbers,compoundedrubbersandvulcanizates.Themethodsareapplicabletoraw,compoundedorvulcanizedrubbersoftheM,N,O,RandUfamiliesdescribedinISO1629,exceptthat:—MethodAshallnotbeusedforthedeterminationofashfromcompoundedorvulcanizedrubberscontainingchlorine,bromineoriodine.—MethodBshallbeusedforcompoundedorvulcanizedrubberscontainingchlorine,bromineoriodine.Itshallnotbeusedforuncompoundedrubbers.—Lithiumandfluorinecompoundsmayreactwithsilicacruciblestoformvolatilecompounds,givinglowashresults.Platinumcruciblesshallthereforebeusedforashingfluorine-containingandlithium-polymerizedrubbers.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcovertheinterpretationoftheashresultsastotheinorganicchemicalcontentofacompoundorvulcanizate.Thisistheresponsibilityoftheanalyst,whohastobeawareofthebehaviourofrubberadditivesatelevatedtemperatures.Thetwomethodsofashingdonotgiveidenticalresultsinallcases,anditisnecessarytostateinthetestreportthemethodofashingemployed.
