【摘要】:Thispracticeisissuedtoprovideinformationusefulinestablishingsamplingprocedures.ItisexpectedthatthisinformationwillonlybeutilizedinconjunctionwithanexistinghealthandsafetyprogramandconsultationwithappropriateMSDS.Theinformationprovidedhereincannotbeusedasasubstituteforexpertsafetyandmedicaladvice,butratherasasupplementtosuchadvice.1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresforsamplingandhandlingnaphthalene,maleicanhydride,andphthalicanhydrideinvarioussolidforms,andasliquidsatelevatedtemperaturesinasafemannerthatrepresentsandpreservesquality.1.2AnypersonsamplingorhandlingtheseproductsshouldconsulttheapplicableMaterialSafetyDataSheets(MSDS)forspecificfirstaidinstructionsandinformationontheproperequipmenttohaveavailableforuseintheeventofpersonalcontactorexposure.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSections3,4,5,6,and7.
