本标准规定了B型板簧锁紧螺母的型式与尺寸、技术条件。
本标准适用于螺纹规格为M4～M10，机械性能等级为8.8及其以下的螺栓配合使用的汽车用B型板簧锁紧螺母（螺母）。

【摘要】:ThispartofISO11546specifieslaboratorymethodsforthedeterminationofthesoundinsulationper-formance(insertionloss)ofsmallmachineenclos-ures.Itappliestoatotalenclosureonlyandnottothein-dividualpanelsfromwhichtheenclosureismade.NOTES1Soundinsulationforenclosurepanelssuchaswallel-ements,doors,windows,silencers,etc.shouldbemeasuredinaccordancewithotherrelevantstandards.2Relatedstandardsconcernnoise-attenuationmeasure-mentsofenclosuresinsitu(ISO11546-2)andcabins(ISO11957).ThemeasurementmethodsspecifiedinthispartofISO11546arebasedonInternationalStandardsintheseriesISO3740,ISO9614andISO11200(seetable1).Dependingonthemethodchosen,thesoundinsulationperformance(insertionloss)oftheenclos-ureisdeterminedintermsofthereductionofsoundpowerlevelorsoundpressurelevel.Methodsaregivenformeasurementswheretheenclosuresur-roundstheactualsoundsource(machine).Wherethesemethodsarenotpracticable,alternativemeasurementscanbeperformedusingareciprocitymethod(seedefinition3.11andsubclause7.2)oranartificialsoundsource.ThispartofISO11546isapplicablewithoutanyre-strictionstofreestandingenclosureswithvolumeslessthan2m.Iftheactualsoundsourceisused,thesoundinsulationperformanceofenclosureswithvol-umesexceeding2mcanbedeterminedprovidedthattherequirementsconcerningmaximumpermiss-iblevolumeinthestandardusedarefulfilled.Theac-tualsoundsourcemethodisapplicableforanykindofenclosuredesign,forexampleenclosuresfixedtothemachine.Whenthereciprocitymethodortheartificialsoundsourcemethodisused,themaximumvolumeoftheenclosureislimitedto2m.Thesemethodsarenotapplicabletoclose-fittingenclosures.Thewording"laboratoryconditions"usedinthetitleofthispartofISO11546indicatesthattestconditionsandtestenvironment(indoororoutdoor)fullyconformtotherespectiveInternationalStandardsgivenintable1.
